HOW TO USE

1. Wash and dry your skin thoroughly prior to apply the chest pad.
2. Open the foil pack (do not discard).
3. Peel the film from the chest pad and apply the pad to your skin with the self-adhesive side down.
4. Allow the pad to rest on applied skin for 4 hours on the first two days of use.
5. The application time should then be increased to 6 hours a day to enable your skin to get used to the gel pad.

HOW TO CLEAN

To help ensure maximum usability, wash the pads occasionally to remove exfoliated skin cells using an anti-bacterial soap that is free of moisturizers, emollients or oil. Allow the pad to air dry in a clean room to bring them new life.
